application for change of repair station certificate for components (Form No. 15- (4)) to the Minister of Transport and shall obtain his permission.
2. The provisions under Article 30-(2) paragraphs 2 and 3 shall apply accordingly to the application under the preceding paragraph.
3. Permission under paragraph 1 shall be established by examining whether the ability of repair or alteration in relation to the change is in conformity with the technical standards under Article 30-(3).
(Method of Confirmation)
Article 30-(8). Any person who has received the repair and alteration certificate shall establish the confirmation under the proviso of Article 17 paragraph 3 of the Law by ensuring the Chief Inspector confirms whether the aircraft repaired or altered is in conformity with technical standards under Article 10 paragraph 4 of the Law.
2. The confirmation by the Chief Inspector under the preceding paragraph shall be established with regard to the planning and process of repair and alteration as well as the status upon completion of the work.
3. The confirmation by the Chief Inspector under paragraph 1 shall be established when the signature or seal of the chief inspector is affixed to a confirmation form.
(Issuance of Certification Tag)
Article 30-(9). Any person who has been granted the repair station certificate shall, when he has certified a component under Article 17-(3) of the Law prepare a “Certification Tag” describing the matters listed in each of the following items and provide it to user of the said component:
(1)Name and type of spare parts;
(2)Name of manufacturer and serial number of spare parts
(3)Term of validity under the provisions of the next article and the type of aircraft specified under the provisions of the next article and the type of aircraft specified under the provision of Article 30-(11);
(4)Description of repair and alteration;
(5)Name of person who performed repair or alteration and name of factory.
